Waaree subsidiary bags 288 MW Solar Module Order in the US

Waaree Energies Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has secured an international order to supply 288 MW of solar modules to a leading renewable power developer and owner-operator in the United States. The order was received on December 5, 2025.

The contract involves a one-time supply of solar modules, which will be delivered during the financial year 2026-27. The company clarified that the awarding entity has no connection with its promoter or promoter group, and the order does not fall under related party transactions.

This order further strengthens Waaree’s presence in the global solar solutions market, particularly across the US renewable energy sector.
