VIP Indus. - Disclosure Of Events Or Information Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company via Circular Resolution dated December 22, 2025, has approved the grant of 1,20,000 Employees Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) to the eligible employees of the Company under its VIP Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2018.
