Purple Wave Infocom - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Board Meeting Held On December 24, 2025 Under Regulation 30, 3

1. The UnAudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report, are approved. \r\n2. We inform the exchange about the change in property purchase plans due to the owner's inability to sell the property at MNG Tower, Dwarka, to Purple Wave Infocom Limited. We will seek alternative properties without changing the Public Issue objectives. The owner's email is enclosed. \r\n3. We also notify the exchange of renting a new property in Manesar for manufacturing, as approved by the company's MOA, so shareholder approval is not needed. We will vacate the current rented property in Manesar and apply for a location change in Haryana's GST.\r\n\r\n
