Ceigall India Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited (MPRDC) for the construction of the Indore–Ujjain Greenfield (Access-Controlled) four-lane highway with paved shoulders under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
The project entails the development of a 48.10 km access-controlled greenfield highway, commencing from Km 0.000 near Pitra Parvat and terminating at Km 48.100, including the Simhastha bypass (Km 2.600). The project has been awarded at a Bid Project Cost of ?1,089 crore and is scheduled to be executed over 24 months from the date of appointment.
Under the scope of work, Ceigall Infra Projects will undertake construction of the highway infrastructure in accordance with HAM guidelines. The project is expected to enhance regional connectivity between Indore and Ujjain, facilitate safe and efficient high-speed travel, and play a key role in reducing traffic congestion while improving access to important economic and religious centres in Madhya Pradesh.

The LOA further strengthens Ceigall’s robust order book in the roads and highways segment and highlights its growing presence in executing large-scale hybrid annuity projects for state road development authorities, aligned with its long-term strategy of supporting India’s infrastructure growth through sustainable and future-ready transport corridors.
