ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/01/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, to, inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.\r\n\r\nIn view of the above, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trades in securities by Designated Persons, the trading window to deal in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from Thursday, January 1, 2026 to Friday, January 16, 2026 (both days inclusive).
