Ceigall India - Receipt Of Provisional Certificate For The Project In The State Of Punjab

In continuation of our letter dated March 5, 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Private Limited, subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited, has received the provisional certificate for the project 'Development of Six-Laning of Jodhpur Romana (Bathinda) - Mandi Dabwali (Punjab/Haryana Border) section of NH-54 from design Ch. 0.000 to design Ch. 27.400 (design length 27.40 km) in the state of Punjab on Hybrid Annuity Mode'.
