Madhya Bharat Agro Q3 net profit jumps 77.43% at Rs 31.76 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.76 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 77.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 115.84 per cent at Rs 612.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 283.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 123.47 per cent to Rs 545.93 crore from Rs 244.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 87.18 per cent at Rs 2.92 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 68.59 per cent to Rs 66.46 crore as against Rs 39.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.89 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 9.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 109.85 per cent at Rs 18.97 crore (Dec'24 Rs 9.04 crore).
