Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has incorporated its regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia with an investment of 1.65 million Saudi Riyals (approximately Rs 4 crore).
The new entity, Tata Consultancy Services Regional Headquarters, was set up on January 18, 2026, as a step-down subsidiary of TCS Netherlands BV, as per a regulatory filing.
The move is aimed at complying with Saudi Arabia’s Regional Headquarters (RHQ) Program, which mandates multinational firms to maintain a licensed regional HQ in Riyadh to qualify for bidding on government and semi-government projects.
With this development, TCS strengthens its presence in the Middle East and aligns with local regulatory requirements for public sector opportunities.
