Vedanta - Updates

Vedanta Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ( SEBI Listing Regulations ) Certified Copy of the Order passed by the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( NCLT ) dated December 16, 2025, sanctioning the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Vedanta Limited and Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited and Talwandi Sabo Power Limited and Malco Energy Limited and Vedanta Iron and Steel Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 - 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ( Scheme )'.
