DLF posts Q3 net profit of Rs 296.32 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 296.32 crore compared to net loss of Rs 166.09 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.91 per cent at Rs 562.90 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 936.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.23 per cent to Rs 460.29 crore from Rs 721.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2.83 per cent at Rs 325.99 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 317.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 52.26 per cent to Rs 102.61 crore as against Rs 214.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.53 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 69.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 25.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 79.66 per cent at Rs 60.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 295.82 crore).
