Cigniti Technologies Q3 net profit up 22.64% at Rs 53.80 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 53.80 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 43.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.24 per cent at Rs 392.80 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 270.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 54.50 per cent to Rs 320.20 crore from Rs 207.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 434.48 per cent at Rs 9.30 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.89 per cent to Rs 72.60 crore as against Rs 63.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.92 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 217.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.73 per cent at Rs 17.60 crore (Dec'24 Rs 14.11 crore).
