JSW Holdings Q3 net profit up 1.13% at Rs 19.62 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.62 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.77 per cent at Rs 32.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.79 per cent to Rs 3.59 crore from Rs 3.27 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 12.06 per cent to Rs 29.08 crore as against Rs 25.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.25 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 3.21 per cent at Rs 6.75 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.54 crore).
