NIIT posts Q3 net loss of Rs 1.46 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 1.46 crore compared to net profit of Rs 3.18 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.41 per cent at Rs 30.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.85 per cent to Rs 43.24 crore from Rs 40.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.45 per cent at Rs 21.71 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 17.73 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 41.71 per cent to Rs -12.91 crore as against Rs -9.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.24 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 36.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 241.18 per cent at Rs -0.24 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
