Aarnav Fashions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Reg 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\Listing Regulations\), please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at the registered office of the Company to, inter alia, transact the following businesses:\r\n To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2025 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the corresponding period. \r\n Any other business with the permission of Chair.\r\n\r\nFurther, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window is already closed w.e.f. 01-01-2026 and will continue to remain closed up to the 48 hours from the adoption of Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter and Nine months ended on 31-12-2025.
