Century Extru. - Board Meeting Intimation for Notice Of Board Meeting

Century Extrusions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015'), this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 11th February, 2026, inter alia, as follows:\r\n\r\n(i) to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. \r\n\r\n(ii) In terms of Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended, the Board of Directors of the Company will consider raising of funds by way of Rights Issue as per applicable provisions thereof. \r\n
