Eureka Forbes Q3 net profit down 74.15% at Rs 9.00 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 34.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.96 per cent at Rs 645.45 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 597.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.21 per cent to Rs 578.01 crore from Rs 539.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.63 per cent at Rs 5.12 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.91 per cent to Rs 67.44 crore as against Rs 58.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.42 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 130.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 72.28 per cent at Rs 3.36 crore (Dec'24 Rs 12.12 crore).
