Admach Systems Secures USD 45,902 Export Order from Welspun Tubular LLC

Admach Systems Limited has received an international purchase order worth USD 45,902 (approximately Rs 41.35 lakh) for the supply of a fully automated Main Edge Milling Tool Changing Device Structure.

The order has been awarded by Welspun Tubular LLC, USA. The scope of work includes complete engineering, manufacturing, supply, inspection, and performance guarantee of the high-precision automated tool changer.

As per the agreed payment terms, 20% of the order value will be paid as advance against a proforma invoice, while the remaining 80% will be released upon equipment readiness. The project is scheduled for execution within 12 weeks on an ex-works basis from the date of order confirmation.

The company clarified that the contract has been awarded by an international entity and does not involve any related-party transactions or promoter interest.

Admach Systems added that its current order book stands at approximately Rs 77.36 crore, providing strong revenue visibility going forward.
