Siyaram Recycling secures Rs 4.03 cr Brass Scrap Supply Order from Saanvi Metal Craft

Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd has secured a domestic purchase order worth Rs 4.03 crore for the supply of brass scrap honey from Saanvi Metal Craft, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The contract is on a fixed-cost basis and is scheduled to be executed within six months. The total consideration for the order stands at Rs 4,03,02,900.

The company clarified that the transaction has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party dealings. It further confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.

The order is expected to support Siyaram Recycling’s revenue visibility in the near term and strengthen its presence in the brass scrap supply segment.
