Leo Dryfruits & Spic - Intimation Under Regulation 30 - Additional Place Of Business

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in line with the above-referenced SEBI circular, we wish to inform you that Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited (\The Company\ has entered into a lease Agreement with Narender Kumar Mehta for taking on lease basis the premises located at Bawani Khera Road, Near HP Agency Godown, Village Tosham Bhiwani, Haryana, 127040 for a period of 5 (five) years w.e.f. 6th February 2026 to 5th February 2031.\r\nThe Company desires to carry on the business of \manufacturing, processing, packaging and storage of Desi Ghee and other permitted food products, along with all related and supporting activities \in the leased premises\r\nA detailed disclosure is attached
