Pritika Engineering Q3 net profit up 2.99% at Rs 1.38 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.38 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.66 per cent at Rs 30.36 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.34 per cent to Rs 26.13 crore from Rs 20.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 11.11 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.21 per cent to Rs 4.23 crore as against Rs 3.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.44 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 9.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 205.56 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.18 crore).
