Afcom Holdings Q3 net profit zooms 1324.81% at Rs 38.47 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 38.47 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1324.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 207.81 per cent at Rs 152.58 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 92.22 per cent to Rs 99.59 crore from Rs 51.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6800.00 per cent at Rs 2.07 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2465.63 per cent to Rs 52.99 crore as against Rs -2.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 868.36 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 180.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 529.33 per cent at Rs 12.15 crore (Dec'24 Rs -2.83 crore).
