Apex Frozen Foods posts Q3 net profit of Rs 10.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 10.09 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.22 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.55 per cent at Rs 264.29 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 230.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.62 per cent to Rs 250.85 crore from Rs 226.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.09 per cent at Rs 3.87 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 239.14 per cent to Rs 13.43 crore as against Rs 3.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 197.08 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 62.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 32500.00 per cent at Rs 3.26 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
