Pursuant to provisions of Regulations 30, 33 and any other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Schedule III thereto, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. February 11, 2026 (commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:47 P.M.) has inter alia, basis on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Board, approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2026 ('Financial Results') and taken on record Limited Review Report on such Financial Results received from Statutory Auditor of the Company. \r\n\r\nThe Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report, are enclosed herewith.\r\n\r\nThe copies of the above Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report are also uploaded on the Company's website www.abcotspin.co.in.\r\n
