ICICI Bank Limited has informed the Exchange about disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Approval from the RBI to ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, along with group entities of ICICI Bank Limited, to acquire shares or voting rights in Banking companies
