Cohance Lifesciences Q3 net profit down 45.23% at Rs 47.29 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 47.29 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 86.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 74.87 per cent at Rs 481.58 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 275.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 136.85 per cent to Rs 378.80 crore from Rs 159.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 59.68 per cent at Rs 6.12 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 15.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.98 per cent to Rs 102.78 crore as against Rs 115.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.11 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 101.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.79 per cent at Rs 18.14 crore (Dec'24 Rs 28.25 crore).
