Panache Digilife Q3 net profit zooms 119.80% at Rs 4.44 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 119.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 237.51 per cent at Rs 70.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 260.17 per cent to Rs 63.21 crore from Rs 17.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 64.71 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 112.85 per cent to Rs 6.79 crore as against Rs 3.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.97 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 284.09 per cent at Rs 1.69 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.44 crore).
