Outcome of Board Meeting - dated 12th February, 2026 - considered and approved the following namely:\r\n\r\n1. Approval of the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report (issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company) for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025 (2025-26), pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
