Valiant Organics Q3 net profit up 30.32% at Rs 6.06 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.87 per cent at Rs 159.07 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 186.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.35 per cent to Rs 143.49 crore from Rs 171.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 67.46 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.70 per cent to Rs 15.58 crore as against Rs 15.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.51 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 21.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 141.76 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.91 crore).
