ART Nirman Q3 net profit down 75.00% at Rs 0.07 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 75.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 44.44 per cent at Rs 2.50 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.30 per cent to Rs 2.37 crore from Rs 4.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 35.71 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 59.38 per cent to Rs 0.13 crore as against Rs 0.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.01 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore
