Alkali Metals posts Q3 net loss of Rs 1.39 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 1.39 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 4.93 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.50 per cent at Rs 24.91 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.58 per cent to Rs 25.17 crore from Rs 24.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 79.13 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 86.73 per cent to Rs -0.26 crore as against Rs -1.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 88.04 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 38.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.69 crore
