KN Agri Resources Q3 net profit down 26.38% at Rs 5.05 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.05 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.90 per cent at Rs 512.65 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 475.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.83 per cent to Rs 502.50 crore from Rs 461.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 24.20 per cent to Rs 10.15 crore as against Rs 13.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.79 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 27.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.30 per cent at Rs 2.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.85 crore).
