Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we would like to inform you that In-principle approval has been received from National Stock Exchange of India Limited with reference No: NSE/LIST/53054 dated 18.02.2026 and from BSE Limited with reference No: LOD/RIGHT/HC/FIP/1721/2025-26 dated 18.02.2026 for proposed Right Issue of fully paid Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs. 49.30 Crores and 2. After receiving the in-principle approvals of the BSE and the NSE, meeting of the Right Issue Committee is scheduled to be held on 19th February 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Registered Office of the Company to take decisions with respect to the Offer Price, the Offer Ratio, the Record Date and other terms.'.
