Leo Dryfruits & Spic - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

We wish to inform you that Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited (\the Company\) through its subsidiary Vandu Food Processing Private Limited (VFPPL) has entered into a Supply Agreement with Haldiram Marketing Private Limited (Part of Haldiram Group) w.e.f. 19/03/2026.\r\n\r\nVFPPL shall undertake processing and supply of processed cashew nuts, related products and other food products in accordance with specifications, quality standards and instructions provided by Haldiram. \r\n\r\nA detailed disclosure is attached.
