Kohinoor Hotel, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400059, Maharashtra' in the State of Maharashtra to 'Plot No. 38, 4th Floor, Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram-122001, Haryana' in the State of Haryana, we wish to inform you that Hon'ble Regional Director, Western Region, Mumbai approved the aforesaid shifting of Registered Office of the Company vide its order bearing number RD/Section13/SRN AC1941938/8180, dated March 24, 2026 ('Order'). The certified true copy of the Order was received by the Company on March 25, 2026, at 11:10 A.M., at its Registered Office.
