Britannia Industries - Outcome Of The Board Meeting Held On 31St March, 2026

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e., 31st March, 2026, have inter-alia, approved the following:\r\n\r\n1. Re-appointment of Mr. N. Venkataraman (DIN: 05220857) as the Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, for a term of 4 (four) years with effect from 30th July, 2026 to 29th July, 2030 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of Members of the Company.\r\n\r\n2. Elevation of Mr. Ramamurthy Jayaraman from General Manager - Corporate Finance to Vice President - Corporate Finance of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2026.
