Persistent Systems Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/04/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, and will continue on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company to consider inter alia, the following businesses:\r\n\r\n1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026;\r\n\r\n2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026;\r\n\r\n3. The recommendation of the Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26\r\n\r\nIf the Final Dividend is recommended by the Board of Directors, the Book Closure / Record Date for the purpose of payment of the same will be determined later and will be communicated to the stock exchanges separately.\r\n\r\nPlease note that the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 (IST).
