Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company hereby informed that the company has signed rent agreement(s) today on Monday, 6th April, 2026 for the premises situated at C-8 & C-9, Shivay Campus, Behind Heaven Party Plot, Puna- Valthan Canal Road, Kasamba, Surat-395013, Gujarat. Said agreement(s) is valid for period of 9 (Nine) years with effect from 1st May, 2026.
