Emami Realty - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Conversion of Securities

This is to inform that the Finance Committee of the COmpany at its meeting held today i.e, 8th April, 2026 at the registered Office of the Company has inter-alia considered and approved the allotment of 82,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at an Issue price of Rs. 128.50 per equity share to the warrant holders pursuant to exercise of their right to convert 82,00,000 warrants into equity shares.
