Virgo Global Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/04/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.\r\n2. To consider and approve the proposal for Reduction of Share Capital of the Company, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other statutory requirements, subject to approval of shareholders, stock exchange(s), regulatory authorities, and the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), as may be required.\r\n3. To fix the date, time and venue of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of the Company.\r\n4. To approve the notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM).\r\n5. To appoint a Scrutinizer for the purpose of conducting the E-voting process at the EGM of the Company.\r\n6. Any other matter(s) with the permission of the Chair.\r\n
