Purple Wave Infocom - Corrigendum Of Outcome Of Board Meeting Held On 10Th April 2026

With reference to the Outcome of the Board Meeting submitted by the Company on April 10 2026, we hereby inform that there was an inadvertent typographical error in the disclosure pertaining to appointment of Secretarial Auditor. The term of appointment of Ms. Soniya Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary as a Secretarial Auditor shall be for the Financial Year 2025-26 instead of 2026-27 as erroneously mentioned in the earlier submission.\r\nAll other contents of the Outcome of the Board meeting dated April 10th, 2026 shall remain unchanged.
