ARISINFRA Solutions Ltd partners with Capacit‚ Infraprojects for Rs 800 Cr Procurement Deal

ARISINFRA Solutions has entered into a five-year strategic partnership with Capacit‚ Infraprojects Limited for procurement of construction materials worth Rs 800 crore through its platform.

The agreement formalises an existing relationship, under which the two companies have already executed transactions exceeding Rs 600 crore across multiple project sites and material categories.

Under the MoU, Capacit‚ will route its material procurement—including aggregates, ready-mix concrete, steel, electricals, and plumbing—through the ARIS platform on a structured, long-term basis.

The company highlighted that such multi-year, technology-driven procurement arrangements are rare in India’s traditionally fragmented construction supply chain.

This partnership is expected to enhance supply chain efficiency, improve price visibility, and strengthen ARISINFRA’s position as a digital procurement platform in the construction ecosystem.
