Kanishk Aluminium - Reply To The Clarification Sought On Price Movement By The Exchange.

This is with reference to your email dated April 13, 2026, seeking clarification regarding the significant movement in the price of the Company's shares.\r\n\r\nWe wish to clarify that the Company is committed to timely disclosure of all material information and announcements having a bearing on its operations and performance, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nWe further confirm that there is currently no pending information, event, or announcement which is price sensitive in nature and which could have led to the significant movement in the price of the Company's shares. The said movement is purely market-driven and attributable to prevailing market conditions.
