Sterling and Wilson - Issuance Of Parent Company Guarantee

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025, titled Industry Standards on Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby notify that the Company has issued Parent Company Guarantee to Nedbank Limited for an amount of USD 34 million (equivalent to approx. INR 317 Crore) as security towards the additional facility (Non-fund based working capital facility) availed by Sterling and Wilson Engineering (Pty) Ltd., step-down subsidiary of the Company from the Lender for solar power projects in South Africa.
