Amagi Partners ADAMS to Boost FAST and Digital TV Transformation in Latin America

Amagi has entered into a strategic partnership with ADAMS, a unit of Ole Interactive Group (part of Ole Communications), to accelerate digital transformation and FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV) distribution across Latin America.

The collaboration combines Amagi’s cloud-based broadcasting technology with ADAMS’ managed services and regional expertise, offering an end-to-end ecosystem for broadcasters, sports leagues, and content owners in the region.

Under the agreement, ADAMS will act as a reseller for Amagi’s solutions, including CLOUDPORT (cloud playout), PLANNER (content scheduling), and THUNDERSTORM (server-side ad insertion), helping media companies modernise infrastructure, reduce costs, and launch new monetisation models.

The partnership aims to address the growing shift toward streaming and FAST channels, enabling faster deployment of broadcast-quality content and improved audience engagement.

Executives from both companies highlighted that the collaboration will enhance operational efficiency and unlock new revenue opportunities for media players in Latin America, further strengthening Amagi’s presence in the region.
