As of March 2026, 47.17% is owned by Indian Promoters and 52.83% by Public.

Institutional holds 5.36% (Insurance Companies 0.03%) and Non-Institutional holds 47.45% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Valor Estate company are Aseela Goenka Sunita Goenka Alok Agarwal Trustee of Goenka Family Trust (707.50 lakhs shares / 13.04%), Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP (668.21 lakhs shares / 12.32%), SB Fortune Realty Private Limited (587.50 lakhs shares / 10.83%), Sanjana Vinod Goenka (223.82 lakhs shares / 4.13%) and Aseela Vinod Goenka (161.05 lakhs shares / 2.97%).
