California Software Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/04/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, inter alia, to:\r\n\r\ni. Consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.\r\n\r\nii. Consider and transact any other business, if any, with the permission of the Chairman/Managing Director.\r\n\r\nFurther, as informed earlier vide our letter dated March 26, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from March 31, 2026 to May 1, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
