Sunteck Realty posts Q4 net loss of Rs 12.80 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 12.80 crore compared to net profit of Rs 54.58 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 82.50 per cent at Rs 34.74 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 198.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 62.19 per cent to Rs 44.44 crore from Rs 117.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 65.73 per cent at Rs 7.11 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.29 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 111.99 per cent to Rs -9.70 crore as against Rs 80.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 168.49 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 40.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 143.25 per cent at Rs -7.59 crore (Mar'25 Rs 17.55 crore).
