Sigma Advanced Systems has signed a seven-year long-term agreement with Rolls-Royce to manufacture and supply aerospace systems, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion.
The contract, valued at nearly £300 million (approx. Rs 3,800 crore), provides strong long-term revenue visibility and reinforces Sigma’s position within global aerospace supply chains.
Under the agreement, Sigma will deliver a wide range of high-precision, safety-critical components and assemblies for Rolls-Royce’s aerospace programs. The partnership will be executed through its integrated manufacturing network across India and the UK, highlighting its evolution into a globally coordinated platform rather than a region-specific supplier.
The deal builds on an existing relationship and reflects continued confidence in Sigma’s India–UK dual-source model, combining cost-efficient manufacturing in India with engineering proximity and collaboration in the UK.
Beyond immediate financial impact, the agreement strengthens Sigma’s participation in long-duration, high-value aerospace programs, supporting its transition toward handling larger and more complex work packages within the global aerospace ecosystem.
