Canara Robeco AMC - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 27, 2026 has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ravindran Menon, as an Independent Director for the second term of 3 (three) consecutive years with effect from October 20, 2026 to October 19, 2029, subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company.
