Kotyark Industries Q4 net profit zooms 646.72% at Rs 9.11 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 646.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 253.47 per cent at Rs 63.73 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 250.51 per cent to Rs 44.62 crore from Rs 12.73 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 260.38 per cent to Rs 19.10 crore as against Rs 5.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.04 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 77.16 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 432.20 per cent at Rs 3.92 crore (Mar'25 Rs -1.18 crore).
